This is a home-based job opportunity where you will provide service to our U.S based client through website compliance related work; such as, but not limited to, content monitoring, process verifications and risk assessment.

Roles and Job Description:

• Capable in handling issues and concerns regarding monitoring and compliance for a U.S based website.
• Able to monitor and report the above-mentioned in accordance to the website’s standards.
• Maintain high quality results throughout the duration of the contract.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least high school graduate but have discipline and drive to grow on a
  personal and professional scale.
• BPO experience is not required but is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have adequate knowledge in computers and internet literacy.
• Must possess a working laptop/PC passing our basic system requirements.
• Have the ability to stay focused while analyzing and retaining close attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to shifting schedules.
• Ability to work independently in own suitable workspace.
• Must be proactive when given work instructions.
